Sock Doctor is a South African brand in the clothing and textile industry. We wholesale and retail socks through our website and select stockists.

 

2. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receiving payment. Delivery is confirmed by email with tracking details. We use trusted courier services for all deliveries. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location.

3. International Orders

We ship worldwide. Please note that customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees may apply in your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

 

4. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• If stock is unavailable, we will refund you in full within 30 days.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@sockdoctor.co.za and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
• Customer-initiated cancellations may incur a 10% administration fee.

6. Payment Methods

We accept Visa and MasterCard, processed securely via Yoco (Pty) Ltd, our approved payment gateway. Yoco uses industry-standard encryption (SSL) and security protocols to protect your information. No card details are stored on our website.

 

7. Security & Data Storage

• Card details are captured directly on Yoco’s secure system and never stored by Sock Doctor.
• Customer details (such as shipping and contact info) are stored separately and securely by Sock Doctor.

 

8. Transaction Details

• All transactions are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).
• The merchant outlet country is South Africa.

 

9. Responsibility

Sock Doctor takes responsibility for the sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution, and delivery.

 

10. Legal Jurisdiction

This website is governed by South African law. Sock Doctor chooses Cape Town, South Africa, as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement.

 

11. Variation
