At Sock Doctor (Pty) Ltd, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Below you’ll find all the details on how we handle shipping within South Africa.

 

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment is received.

You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.

 

Delivery Timeframes

South Africa

Main Centres (e.g. Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Pretoria): 2–4 working days

Regional / Outlying Areas: 4–6 working days

Delivery times may vary during peak shopping periods (e.g. Black Friday, festive season) or due to unforeseen courier delays.

 

Shipping Fees

South Africa

Free delivery on orders over R500.

For orders under R500, a flat-rate courier fee of R100 applies nationwide.

 

Delivery Areas

We deliver to addresses across South Africa.

Please note we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes — a physical delivery address is required.

 

Failed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive your order at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to re-deliver. In the event of repeated failed deliveries, you may be responsible for additional courier charges.
