Returns Policy

Not 100% happy with your order? No problem.

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, subject to assessment and approval.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in good condition, with the original packaging intact.
• To request a return, please email us at hello@sockdoctor.co.za with your order number and details of your request. We will assess whether the return meets our requirements and confirm if it can be processed.
• Once approved, you will need to send the item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
• After we have received and inspected the returned item, we will arrange either a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer.
• Please note: customer-initiated cancellations may incur a 10% administration fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
