Cotton: 90% Cotton, 10% Spandex
Bamboo: 83% Bamboo, 17% Polyamide
Mohair: 27% Mohair, 27% Merino Wool, 21% Bamboo, 5% Cotton, 20% Polyamide
Active: 60% Polyester, 40% Polyamide
How do I choose the right size?
Our socks are made to fit most adults comfortably. Standard sizing is UK8–11.
How should I care for my socks?
For the longest life, wash your socks inside out in lukewarm water, avoid tumble drying, dry cleaning, bleaching. This helps maintain shape, elasticity, and vibrant colours.
Do you restock sold-out designs?
Our most popular styles are restocked regularly, but some are limited editions. If you love a design, grab it before it’s gone!
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, and other payment methods accepted by Paystack and Yoco, as displayed at checkout.
Is it safe to shop on your website?
Yes, we use industry-standard encryption to ensure your details are protected. Your card information is processed directly by Yoco and Paystack, and never stored on our website.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in good condition.
How do I request a refund or exchange?
Simply email us at hello@sockdoctor.co.za with your order number. We’ll guide you
through the process.
Can I return socks that I’ve worn?
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks that have been worn.
What if my order arrives faulty or damaged?
If your order arrives faulty, incorrect, or damaged, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Orders & Shipping
How long will delivery take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. Delivery times
depend on your location but generally take 2–5 working days within South Africa.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We deliver worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees. These costs are the responsibility of the
customer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Free delivery nationwide on orders over R400.
